In last their match at home 5 days ago they drew with Bars Kazan 6-6. Severstal have finished pre season with 3 consecutive win, their opp were the new teams who came from a lower level as Dynamo Minsk 3-2 yaroslavl 3-2 OT, and MVD 6-5. In the match between HC Severstal and HC MVD, blue liner Yuri Alexandrov (Boston Bruins) suffered from a serious injury. HC Severstal’s doctor Dmitri Bogdashevsky has declared that Yuri had a dislocation of the acromioclavicular articulation (in the shoulder) and thus he is out of action for at least three months. This is really bad news for Alexandrov, headed to his fourth season in Severstal’s main roster and who was considered one of Boston’s top defensive prospects. I'll try home win.
