I see at least a 50/50 game as Dinara Safina's latest months were fantastic. I doubt Serena Williams could be favourite here, she can attack very well but still is playing with a number of errors. Safina's problem is her serve as she sometimes can't concentrate very well, even yesterday agains Flavia Pennetta, she played so well, great backhand shots and great forehand shots, all these with very few mistakes. Safina is playing great tennis at the moment and I doubt Serena could be favourite here. Safina already won this year in Berlin against Serena in a match with three sets, that was on clay but on hard there is no advantage for both of them. Since Los Angeles Safina had lost only from Elena Dementieva in Beijing who is in a great form too. All in all, Safina is playing fantastic tennis and you can't offer these odds on her victory.
